CLASSES BEGIN (T) January 18 Inauguration Day (holiday) (Th) January 20 Presidents' Day (holiday) (M) February 21 Spring Break (M-F) March 14-18 Last Day of Spring semester classes (Th) May 5
Oh, and I'm taking Cultural Anthro next semester. Thought about taking swimming, too, but couldn't resist the lure of having my 10:20 class be the earliest. Plus, with 18 official credits, plus choir, plus various other "extracurricular nonsense," it's not like I needed more things to put in my free spaces. :-D We can't all be like Sir Albert.
I don't have to work either. Practically the whole city shuts down, b/c there's so much going on, and the security (esp. now) is just insane. Some places in like, Southeast, are open, but from what I hear, the Northwest (which is where the White House is, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC) kinda just gives up in favor of the inauguration.
