(no subject)

So, last night I watched the story of how they find the Ark of the Covenant. Tonight, since it's on, I think I'll watch The Ten Commandments. At least long enough to see Yul Brynner, because he is made of awesome and would pwn Charlton Heston in real life.
I love that the lilies in the Nile (are they lotuses?) are clearly made of plastic. And this story always makes me feel bad for Miriam. Having to wander around the Nile to make sure that Moses doesn't get eaten by a crocodile.
