OK, I cook for myself. I need recipes. Things to cook that are tasty and good and not too hard. Anybody got any suggestions (I don't have a George Forman Grill, alas, as that would make things easier). Also, keep in mind I am not a vegetarian. I don't even particularly like a lot of vegetables (except Larry and Bob and Junior Asparagus and the crew). So recipes that involve meat are welcome. Ok, I think that's all.

Well, I made latkes once. They weren't so hard. You peel and shred a few potatoes, half an onion, and a carrot, throw in some flour and water and spices, and fry them in an oil of your preference. ...More specific amounts can be found online, 'cause I'm dweeby and have all sorts of fun with the recipe searcher on foodnetwork.com (which I think has a one-person cooking recipe section, but I could check on that).

::shrugs:: Other than that, if you get tired of grilled cheese, monte-cristos are always a nice variation, that thing with the French toast with turkey and/or ham.

There are a lot of vegetables that I don't like, either. My life would be a lot easier if I had more of an affinity for tomatoes and onions especially, and peppers, too.

I find it highly interesting that the recipe that miss Kellie would suggest would be that of potato latkes (LaTeX according to livejournal spell checker).

PS: if you do make them... eat them with apple sauce. it's pretty good that way.
