Hee hee, Bridget Jones. Did you know that it made the BBC's Top 200 Books (like, pretty much ever) list? I thought that was maybe a little lofty for praise, but then, they made Pride and Prejudice second right after LotR, and BJD is pretty much just an updated version, even to the surname Darcy. ::shrugs:: And they did tend to favor British authors over American authors of similar books, but what do you want, since they're British?

So, I'm a dork. My last book read at the time of this post was actually "The Other Boylen Girl" about Mary, Anne's sister. Quite a good read actually, esp. if you're like me and a) obsessed w/ Henry VIII and Elizabeth I and b)love historical fiction. Anyway, just thought I'd update for accuracy's sake.
