Given a choice, and imagining that money and time were no object, would you rather cook dinner, eat out or order in?
Either order in or eat out. I like cooking, but cooking for just me sometimes sucks. So I'd rather have someone else do the hard part.
What is the most elaborate meal you've ever prepared yourself or purchased at a restaurant?
I don't know. I make Cornish game hens for myself once, which isn't really elaborate, but was an accomplishment. I don't generally order really elaborate food. And if I have, I can't remember it.
What food do you find yourself making and/or eating way too much?
Mac & Cheese is really easy, lazy comfort food. So sometimes I eat that too much. I also like chicken and stuffing, which is crazy quick and easy.
What was your most disastrous cooking/eating out experience?
I made my Dad a birthday cake from scratch, and I think there was something wrong with the recipe. It turned out terribly. I was like 10 when I did it, but we still joke about it.
Would you rather cook for someone else or have them cook for you?
The Cancer in me would rather do the cooking, because I've got that whole caretaking instinct. But I do like having someone cook for me, if they're a good cook, because I like having someone take care of me every now and again.
