those all seem reasonable, and i'm certain you'll find someone who meets those requirements. one thing, though: a college education does not necessarily make someone intelligent, nor does a lack of one indicate that they're not as smart as someone who did go to college. i have quite a few friends who are sincerely brilliant and just never made it all the way through (or even started) college. similarly, i know a lot of dumbasses with college degrees. just something to think about..
