I think that sounds made up, but I don't know much about organic chemistry yet.
Aren't mono and iso the same thing though, But Mono is for inorg and iso is for org?

Okay googled it.

It is a pesticide.

And without the dashes and with an extra o in Monohydrate, it is in fact real.

... But it sounds really fake.

It's on "Diaparene Chloride (Methyl Benethonium Chloride)", which is "for antiseptic diaper rinsing"- after you wash cloth diapers, you soak them in water mixed with this stuff and it helps reduce diaper rash.

It kills the bacteria. They say you only need to use it in the night-time diapers, so it's basically meant to act on the germs that would cause a rash when the baby sleeps in a wet/dirty diaper. They also say to change diapers frequently, which helps.
Considering a) the popularity of disposable diapers now, and b) the age of most of the medicines I work with here, the product is almost certainly no longer manufactured.
